The 2026 housing market is checking all the boxes:  increased inventory, stabilizing prices, and more buyers entering the market.

According to UF’s Bureau of Economic and Business Research, the 1st quarter of 2026 saw improvement in consumer sentiment.  This increase was driven primarily by more optimistic views regarding the national economic outlook over the next year.

Specifically, our local Jacksonville market is experiencing a rebound.  Buyers are out in force looking to take advantage of our increased pool of available homes.  All indicators are pointing to a strong Spring market.

If you’re thinking about making a move and curious what your home would sell for in today’s market or interested in having a conversation about our local market conditions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.  My personal cell phone is (904) 476 – 7653.
