Luxe202 Townhome Update

I have news on the development progress at the Glen Kernan community entrance by Mattamy Homes.


The brand new Luxe202 townhome community is scheduled to have their grand opening on Saturday, November 7th from 12pm - 4pm. Guests will have the opportunity to tour both model homes, explore this newest Mattamy community, and enjoy lunch from a food truck onsite. This event is open to the public.


Luxe202 will feature 48 front and rear garage access townhomes offering thoughtfully designed floor plans with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 full baths, 1-2 half baths, 2 car garages, and approximately 2065-2306 square feet. I was able to get an advance look at 2 of the Mattamy floor plans: the “Cove” which is rear garage access with 2056 square feet, and the “Palm” which is front garage access with 2306 square feet.
