Today's Tuesday Tip - Did you know it is almost always better to be represented by a Realtor who is acting as a Single Agent (exclusive fiduciary representation) rather than a Transaction Broker (neutral facilitator with limited duties) when buying or selling a home?  Yet, most of the Realtors in Jacksonville act as Transaction Brokers. When buying or selling your next home, ask your Realtor who they represent...you may be surprised.
