Homestead Exemption Reminder

Hi neighbors, as a local broker I'm seeing more and more of our residents not file for their homestead exemption and tax portability when they buy a home. And even some of our existing homeowners are not aware of the other exemptions they may be entitled to such as the senior citizen exemption and widow/widower exemption, all designed to save you money on your property taxes.
