Phyllis Staines, RE/MAX Realtor in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and Nocatee Florida
Meet Phyllis StainesPhyllis' marketing and advertising techniques are second to none. She is an expert in the real estate industry and was named Realtor of the Year for 2004 by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Her cutting edge website, www.pstaines.com, was named one of the top real estate websites in the United States and Florida by Realtor Magazine and Florida Realtor Magazine. In addition, Phyllis is known locally as a real estate technology pioneer. She is the co-author of "Get the Best Deal When Selling Your Home" Northeast Florida edition that is on sale now in most major book stores. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Phyllis spent over 15 years in the brokerage and system consulting divisions of E.F. Hutton, Merrill Lynch, and Barnett Bank. Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to Jacksonville with Merrill Lynch's corporate relocation in 1992. She brings the lessons learned from her own relocation into her business to ensure her clients have a smooth and seamless move. Phyllis is a big believer in education. She earned her B.A. from Rutgers College in 1984 and earned her Masters degree with honors in 1996. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), was one of the first REALTORS in the country to earn the new E-PRO Internet Professional designation (e-PRO), and earned the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Finance Specialist (CFS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist (RECS), and Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) designations. In addition to being a full-time Realtor, she is also a licensed real estate broker. This additional license required much more education and experience than the average agent. Remember, not all agents are Realtors, nor do many have a broker's license. Her business is centered around the use of technology, honesty, ethics, and service. She tries not to be everything to every client and prefers to work with clients who appreciate the importance of honesty and technology in business. In her free time, Phyllis volunteers as the Secretary and Trustee of The Donna Hicken Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women living with breast cancer in the Jacksonville area meet their most critical needs through emotional, social, and economic support. Phyllis lives in the Intracoastal West area of Jacksonville with her dog Sugar. Below is a listing of her credentials:
